A tenant‐in‐place renovation of 559 Section 8 senior housing units across two 14‐story buildings for NYU Langone Hospital – Brooklyn, a medical cornerstone of the Bay Ridge, Brooklyn community. In just 15 months, Notias completed full kitchen and bath renovations, electrical and security upgrades, heating and hot water plant replacement, significant public space improvements, new elevator installation, and full pavement of a 75‐car parking lot.
