Award‐winning, substantial tenant‐in‐place renovation of 202 units in the
Bronx. The project converted single‐room 2 occupancy units with shared kitchens and bathrooms into upscale residences with private bathrooms
and kitchenettes for individuals. Structural renovations included new plumbing, electrical, and mechanical installations; elevator replacement; and common area improvements.
