A substantial tenant‐in‐place rehabilitation of 164 low income senior
housing units in the Bronx, developed by Belmont Arthur Development Corporation. Renovations included new roofing (including two green sub‐roofs), boiler and window replacement, lead and asbestos removal, interior and exterior improvements, and a cogeneration plant.
