Joe central consists of 84 Affordable housing buildings scattered throughout Brooklyn. Exterior repairs for most buildings include extensive envelope repairs, new Energy star roofing systems, new delaminated stucco repairs and new aluminum building entrances. Twenty-eight of the buildings are receiving new heating and hot water systems. The project also includes installation of new roof mount solar panel systems for 26 buildings that were carefully selected based on efficiency parameters.
