PERICLES (PERRY) NOTIAS
President
Brooklyn-native, Perry Notias is the President of Notias Construction, Inc. (Notias Construction). Established in 1991, Notias Construction specializes in the renovation, restoration, and new construction of multi-story buildings that include affordable, senior and supportive housing.
Perry Notias is a real-estate developer who has built several residential projects in New York City. He is a member of the Board of the Citizen’s Housing & Planning Council (CHPC). In 2017, Perry received the CHPC Impact Award for Housing. In 2012, Perry received The Rector Wardens Vestry and Congregation of St. Luke’s Episcopal Church.
Perry holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Architectural Technology from the New York Institute of Technology.
Charlie Aspiotis
Senior Project Manager
Charlie has been with Notias for twenty years and is an executive project manager. He over sees all aspects of daily operations at Notias. He has over twenty-five years of experience in the construction industry and is responsible for coordinating all types of projects. His responsibilities include value engineering, budgeting, scheduling, construction means and methods, site safety, and close-out. Mr. Aspiotis brings a very practical and experienced perspective that clients have found invaluable in selecting practical alternatives to often complicated field conditions.
Charlie has a Bachelor of Science degree in architecture and an Associate degree in construction management from the Pratt Institute. He has a NYC Department of Buildings Site Safety Manager license, DEP Lead Supervisors license and is certified in Passive Housing.
Jeffrey Kruman
Controller
Mr. Kruman joined Notias Construction in 2015 as Controller and is responsible for upholding strong financial management and accountability while providing timely, accurate and reliable compliance and financial information.
He brings a diverse background of financial and construction management experience to the team.
His unique background as a CPA with a National Accounting Firm and as a NYC Licensed Plumber provides a broad understanding of construction from an administrative and field perspective. Mr. Kruman works closely with employees, subcontractors and owners communicating project expectations and implementing standards and protocols to ensure adherence to company policy and procedures.
Anthony DiGuglielmo
Field Operations
Anthony DiGuglielmo oversees all aspects of field operations at Notias. He has over thirty-five years of experience in renovating affordable housing and is responsible for coordinating all rehab projects, including budgets, scheduling, construction, and close-out. Mr. Diguglielmo brings a very practical and experienced perspective that owners have found invaluable in selecting practical alternatives to often complicated field conditions.
Anthony holds a Bachelor of Science degree in engineering from the New York Institute of Technology. He has his site safety manager license and a certification in Passive House.
