Project Overview
New Brooklyn Manor was a 5-story, 38-unit market rate housing development in the Stuyvesant Heights neighborhood of the Brooklyn. The building’s structure consists of concrete, steel, CMU and concrete planks. Exterior envelope consists of brick, aluminum cladding curtain wall system. Some of the features of the building are as follows: (2) elevators, bike room storage, underground and outdoor parking, laundry room, rear yard garden area for residents. Some MEP features are individual PTAC units to heat and cool apartment units, high efficiency hot water boiler system, fully fire alarmed building with central monitoring, etc.
